Composite hoses

Radcoflex, through its composite hose division, manufactures the most outstanding range of composite hose available. Composite hose is a unique hose composed of many layers of special materials, held together between an inner and outer wire. This type of hose is still subject to the same operational parameters as regular hose. Ideal for the bulk transfer of hydrocarbons, chemicals, Acid, liquids and gases.

Composite hoses offer excellent flexibility, high abrasion resistance with light weight. Hoses assemblies are available for road, rail tanker, inplant application, heavy duty ship to shore applications and general shipboard use.

Radcoflex composite hoses manufacturing range are:
25mm (1”), 32mm (1.5”), 50mm (2″), 65mm(2.5″), 75mm (3”), 80mm , 100mm (4”), 150mm (6”), 200mm (8”), 250mm (10”). Maximum length of 30meters available.

These hoses are also available with factory fitted fitting assemblies as per customer requirement.

All our hoses are colour coded for ease of identification and safety. All hose assemblies are being manufactured to the applicable international standards of EN 13765. Hoses are manufactured on the mandrel wrapped principle, using a range of materials such as Polypropylene, Polyesters, and Polyamide films & fabrics depending on the hose application. The wire helix on inner & outer can be of galvanized steel, aluminum, stainless steel, or polypropylene coated steel.

A wide selection of fittings is available including quick release couplings, adapters, dust plugs, threaded male and female couplings and flanges to current international standards.



Our range of products includes more than 100 types of composite hoses from 1” to 12” in standard lengths. 1“ to 6“ up to 30 meter , 8“ & 10“ upto 20 meter & 12“ upto 12 meter for wide range of applications.
